These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EdgeRank Service operated by Triangle Technology ("EdgeRank", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

EdgeRank provides server-side SEO optimization tools, including crawling, auditing, content analysis, optimization deployment via Cloudflare Workers, rank tracking, and reporting. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

2. Account registration

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to crawl or modify sites you do not own or have explicit written authorization to manage
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without a separate written agreement
  • Use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or harm others
  • Send spam, malware, or attempt to disrupt the Service
  • Circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or access restrictions
  • Use automated means to scrape or extract data beyond what the public API allows

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of all content, data, and configurations you provide to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit Customer Data solely to operate the Service for you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use all Customer Data, including the websites you connect, and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party.

5. Subscription, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the difference is prorated. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Overage charges (e.g. for crawls or optimizations beyond your plan limits) are billed at the rates published on our Pricing page at the time the overage occurs.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, designs, documentation, and trademarks, is owned by Triangle Technology and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission, except as permitted in our Brand Guidelines.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Cloudflare, Google Search Console, Stripe, etc.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or for any reason on [30] days' notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Customer Data is retained for [30] days after termination, then deleted, unless retention is required by law.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC SEO RESULT, RANKING, OR TRAFFIC OUTCOME.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TRIANGLE TECHNOLOGY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triangle Technology and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction — e.g. State of Delaware, USA], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [County, State], and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least [30] days before they take effect via email or in-product notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
