1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your email address, name (if provided), and a hashed password. If you sign in via a third-party identity provider (e.g. Google), we receive your email and basic profile information from that provider.
Site and content data
To run audits and apply optimizations, we crawl the websites you add to your account. We store the URLs, HTML content, response headers, rendered metadata (title, meta description, structured data), and derived metrics (load time, score, issues detected) for each page we crawl on your behalf.
Connected services
If you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, or other integrations, we receive OAuth tokens and the property data you authorize us to access (impressions, clicks, rankings, traffic metrics).
Billing information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We store your billing email, plan, and a reference to your Stripe customer record so we can manage subscriptions.
Usage data and cookies
We collect technical information about how you interact with the Service: pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, device type, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Subprocessors
We use third-party vendors ("subprocessors") to operate the Service. Each is bound by contractual obligations to protect your data. The current list:

- Vercel — application hosting
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic — AI-powered SEO recommendations
- Google — Search Console and Analytics integrations (only when you connect)
Legal disclosure
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or in response to valid legal process; to protect rights, property, or safety; or in connection with a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), with appropriate notice.
4. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Crawl and audit data is retained for [retention period — e.g. 12 months or as long as the account is active].
